Racers and serious Street Riders asked, and we've answered! We are now able to offer a Steering Damper Kit for your RC390 to fit your budget and requirements. We can provide the damper itself, or just the mounting hardware.

Damper Kit 2 works with the Tyga Triple Top, and is CNC manufatured to key into the triple perfectly! This is now our prefered method of the kit, as it works as if it were desited for the damper from the start!

The damper iteself is a rotary damper, with 25 clicks of adjustment which is available to adjust while riding even. The high speed circuit will absorb the high energy hits and dampen out tank slappers and sudden jolts to the steering. There are 3 fully adjustable circuits in all. The damper mounts to the top of the Tyga triple clamp. The torque arm connects to a frame mount which safely and firmly clamps onto the frame and holds the pin firmly with no flex in the pin even with the damper set to it's highest setting. We've TRIED to get our mount to flex. It's a VERY rigid setup we know folks are going to love! The hardware kit frame mounts and damper mount comes annodized in either KTM Orange or Black. Damper Kits meet the need for racers who's clubs require dampers to be mounted, or those who just wish to settle down that front end for those who ride hard and desire a little extra stability... or an edge over the competition.

These Ride Height Adjusters replace the blank end caps on the stock KTM RC390 front suspension. This handlebar set is designed to be used with our triple clamp TYLY-1073 and allows for adjustability of the handlbars. The stock arrangement has the bars mounted directly to the triple clamp making them unadjustable and prone to causing damage to the triple clamp in the event of an accident. These bars are clamped directly to the fork leg and thus seperates them from the triple clamp making them less likley to be damaged in an accident and easier to repair/replace when they are. It also allows for a great deal of adjustabilty in both height and rotation and the bars are angled downwards slightly for a better position for racing. The clamping part is designed for the stock 51 mm. fork legs and can be used on other motorcycles with the same 51 mm. sized fork legs.

Bar Inner Diameter is 15mm and is NOT natively compatible with the KTM Power Parts lever guards. It is possible to have an insert with threaded hole pressed into the end of the bar and accept the stock style lever guards. Sato Racing and Rizoma (or eBay Chinese copies) offer lever guards which will work with the tyga Clipons.

For North America versions of the KTM RC series model years 2014 to 2021 you will use the TYLY-0223. This is ONLY for 2022 model years and up where KTM flipped the offset of the hole from the forward position to the bottom position... because... KTM.

This item is suitable for any motorcycle with M10 bolt holes for rear stand spools.

NOTE: The Bajaj factory that produces the KTM RC390 and Duke 390 does not have the best QC standards where it comes to the thread pitch for the rear spools mount location locations on the swingarm. I have found that MOST are threaded and tapped correctly with Fine M10x1.25 pitch threads, but occasionally some swingarms have been tapped with Course M10x1.5 pitch threads. I have also found instances where the holes are not threaded at all, and even on one occasion where a broken tap was discovered stuck in a brand new bike and it came that way from the factory! Officially, the threads are supposed to be M10x1.25 pitch. Most likely, your swingarm will be threaded as such, but if the threads do NOT fit, then you (unfortunately) have one of the swingarms where the factory worker grabbed the wrong thread pitch tap when they hand tapped your swingarm. This is covered extensively in the online forums, so just be aware that the bolts may not fit. It's unlikely, but it is possible. If you start to thread in your spools, and the bolt doesn't thread in easily, STOP!!! Don't force it. Check your threads in the swingarm against the threads on the bolt, and ensure that they are the same. Sometimes, the threads just need to be cleaned. Sometimes, the swingarm has the correct size but wrong thread pitch.

Using a balance of craftsmanship and technology, each tray is individually laminated by skilled workers in a precision aluminium mold where it is subjected to high pressure to give unrivalled crisp and sharp finish which is both chemical and abrasion resistant.

We have been testing these trays for several months now and given them no mercy. We have put brake fluid, carburetor cleaner, engine oil, gasoline and other nasty fluids in them and they have retained both their strength and beautiful sheen. We have used them to hold various motorcycle parts and tools and apart from minor surface scratching which is to be expected, the hard epoxy finish has proven to be extremely tough and durable, but forgiving enough not to damage any delicate parts.

Of course, like all trays, these can be used around the home for drinks, fruit bowl and other decorations.
